On May 17th, Projekt Ich aka Ulf Müller is going to release “Thanks” – his eleventh single by now from the upcoming debut album “By Train Through Countries” which will be released via Echozone on September 27th, 2019.

This time, Ulf Müller is extremely happy to announce that he was able to get the vocal support of Manfred Thomaser and Alex Braun from !distain.

Due to their latest album release “Farewell To The Past” in November 2018, the German synthpop duo !distain is still talked about. On September 7th, the likeable duo will perform live on stage again. Tour dates are already confirmed for Berlin, Hanover, Leipzig and Munich. Alex and Manfred will share the stage with i. a. Boytronic, Massiv in Mensch, Blind Passenger and many more.

“Thanks” is about simply saying “thank you” to ones partner. For their presence, their attention, for taking their time to listen to you, to be silent together, to laugh, to cry, to live, to mourn, to argue, for their emotionality, to accept you for who you are and many many more. Eventually, “Thanks” is a declarations of love – nothing more, but nothing less either …

“Thanks” features the original track, twelve varied remixes by international artists as well as two remix instrumental versions and the instrumental of the original song.

Remix contributions by Oren Amram (ISR), Elmodic (DE), POS.:2 (DE), Chris Ronin (DE), RMP (DE), Monotronic (DE), Areal Kollen (CN), Renegade (HU), Alex Stroeer (USA), madbello (NL) and Ideophobia (RUS).

Markus Kühnel from Nocturnal Studios designed the front cover as well as all further artwork for the single release. Jörg Tochtenhagen is again responsible for the mastering.

Mit „Thanks“ veröffentlicht Projekt Ich alias Ulf Müller die mittlerweile elfte Singleauskoppelung vom kommenden Debütalbum „By Train Through Countries“, welches am 27. September 2019 auf Echozone erscheinen wird.

Für den Gesang konnte Ulf Müller diesmal Manfred Thomaser und Alex Braun von !distain gewinnen und ist über diese Zusammenarbeit sehr glücklich.

Das deutsche Synth-Pop-Duo !distain ist mit seinem aktuellen Studioalbum "Farewell To The Past", welches am 2. November 2018 veröffentlicht wurde, in der Medienwelt noch in aller Munde. Ab dem 7. September kann man das sympatische Duo endlich wieder live erleben. Termine für die Städte Berlin, Hannover, Leipzig und München sind bereits bestätigt. Alex und Manfred werden sich die Bühnen unter anderem mit Boytronic, Massiv in Mensch, Blind Passenger und anderen teilen.

In „Thanks“ geht es darum, seinem Partner einfach einmal DANKE zu sagen. Ob für seine reine Anwesenheit, seine Aufmerksamkeit, dass er sich die Zeit dafür nimmt, dir zuzuhören, gemeinsam zu schweigen, zu lachen, zu weinen, zu leben, zu trauern, zu streiten, für seine Emotionalität, einen so zu akzeptieren wie man ist und so vieles mehr. Letztlich handelt es sich bei „Thanks“ um eine Liebeserklärung - nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger ...

„Thanks“ beinhaltet neben dem Originaltitel zwölf abwechslungsreiche Remixe von internationalen Künstlern sowie zwei Remix-Instrumentalversionen und das Instrumental des Originals.
