With ”Mit dir” (transl. “With You”), Projekt Ich aka Ulf Müller is going to release the ninth single from the forthcoming second studio album which will be released via Echozone in spring 2022.

Following the successful debut album “By Train Through Countries” (2019), Ulf took a short creative break before getting back to work again. He produced several demo songs to continue the debut album’s proven concept of cooperating with various talented singers from all over the world.

This time Ulf was able to get the vocal support of Magdalena Herfurtner (ex EYCROMON) from Madil Hardis. She wrote the brilliantly worded German lyrics and the impressive vocal melody of "Mit dir". With her expressive and crystal-clear, high-pitched voice as well as her intense vocals Magdalena puts the finishing touches to the song.

The lyrics of the dark-tinted indie pop song “Mit dir” will resonate with a lot of listeners as they deal with experiences made which shattered to find hope in the here and now; to let something new grow and mature while thinking about the past because it is hope that is known to die last. No life without love and without love there is no life?

"Mit dir" features the original track as well as a whopping 20 intense and genre crossing remixes by bands and artists like Kim Lunner (NO), Nature of Wires (UK), Patrik Kambo (SW), Dark Vanilla (DE), Mind:Code (DE), POS.:2 (DE), Blackened (CA), Elektrojudas (DE), Obsession of Time (SW), Steffrey Yan (CA), Elmodic (DE), Moyom (CA), Faltenhall (DE), Fingerprinted Cheese (ZA), Perpacity (US), V-nerV (DE), Retrograth (SW), Yan and Yellowfin (CA), Terrance Pryor (US) and U.M. Fiedel (DE), an instrumental remix version by Kim Lunner plus the original’s instrumental.

A lyric video of the song will be released at the same time followed by further lyric videos published in loose succession of the remix versions by Nature Of Wires, Kim Lunner and Patrik Kambo.

Mit „Mit dir“ veröffentlicht Projekt Ich alias Ulf Müller aktuell die mittlerweile neunte Singleauskoppelung vom kommenden zweiten Studioalbum, welches im Frühjahr 2022 auf Echozone erscheinen wird.

Nach dem erfolgreichen Debütalbum „By Train Through Countries“ (2019) machte sich Ulf nach einer kurzen Kreativpause erneut ans Werk und produzierte kurzerhand einige Demosongs, um das bewährte Konzept des Debütalbums mit verschiedenen, talentierten Sänger*innen aus der ganzen Welt fortzusetzen.

Als Sängerin konnte Ulf diesmal Magdalena Herfurtner (ex-EYCROMON) von Madil Hardis für sich gewinnen. Sie entwarf nicht nur die brillant formulierten Textzeilen des rein deutschsprachigen Songs, sondern komponierte auch die treibende Gesangsmelodie von „Mit dir“. Magdalena verleiht dem Song mit ihrer ausdrucksvollen und glasklaren hohen Stimmlage, sowie der Eindringlichkeit ihres Gesangs den allerletzten Schliff.

In den Textzeilen vom dunkel angehauchten Indie Pop Song „Mit dir“ werden sich viele wiederfinden können, geht es doch darum: das Erlebte, das zerbrach, um im Jetzt die Hoffnung zu schöpfen; in Gedanken an das Vergangene das Neue wachsen und reifen zu lassen, denn das Letzte, was bekanntlich stirbt, ist die Hoffnung. Parallel zum Release wird ein Lyric-Video erscheinen, gefolgt von weiteren Lyric-Videos in loser Folge unter anderem zu den Remixen von Nature of Wires, Kim Lunner und Patrik Kambo.
